Bucks Return Home After Impressive Road Trip

After splitting a daunting west coast road trip 2-2, the Bucks head back home for the forseeable future. On a trip where the Bucks crushed the Warriors and gutted out a hard fought battle against the Nuggets, they return to Fiserv Forum with an overall record of 10-3. After two days of rest, the Bucks have a lighter schedule with just two games this week.

Wednesday, November 14th vs. Memphis (7-4)

The gritty grinders visit Milwaukee on Wednesday after beating both the Nuggets and 76ers last week. If they also beat the Jazz tonight, they will take a three-game winning streak against tough competition. Memphis held Denver to just 8-of-32 from three-point range and 39% shooting overall. The Bucks will need to find a way to stop Mike Conley, who scored a season high 32 points against Philadelphia in a tough overtime victory. This game promises to be a battle worth watching.

Friday November 16th vs. Chicago (4-9)

The division-foe Chicago Bulls come to town for the first time this Friday after narrowly beating the bottom-feeding Cleveland Cavaliers and New York Knicks. They face the Mavericks and Celtics this week prior to their battle with the Bucks. Bucks fans have always enjoyed this rivalry, but even more so since Jabari Parker joined the Bulls during the offseason. It will be Jabari’s first official return to Milwaukee, with the first unofficial time coming during the preseason, where the Bucks lit up the Bulls 116-82. Chicago’s defensive rating is tied for 24th, which doesn’t bode well for facing the high octane Milwaukee Bucks offense (ranked 3rd).
