Jeff Teague has reportedly agreed to sign a 3-year $57M deal with the Minnesota Timberwolves per Adrian Wojnarowski.

Minnesota has had their eyes set on changing their franchise this offseason by adding 3-time All-Star Jimmy Butler & now Jeff Teague. With two former All-Stars in their starting five, as well as two future All-Stars, the Timberwolves are in one of the best positions in the NBA now & for the future.

Teague was traded to the Indiana Pacers last year after going to the Eastern Conference Finals & becoming an All-Star with the Atlanta Hawks. After Ricky Rubio was dealt to Utah, it was clear that the Wolves were on the lookout for a new point guard to distribute the ball to Butler, Towns & Wiggins.

Last year Jeff Teague’s averages were 15.3 points per game, 7.8 assists per game (career high) along with 4 rebounds per game.
