The Denver Nuggets have found a gem in rookie Nikola Jokic, as he recorded his first career triple-double as the Nuggets defeated the Bucks 121-117. The Serbian international had 20 points, 13 rebounds, and 11 assists. Jokic was also a +8 while on the floor.

Apart from this being his first triple double, he is proving to be one of the best centers in the league. For a guy his size, his ability to pass the ball is phenomenal. Here’s proof:

His teammates not only were impressed, but they are also noticing his full potential. “You just cut off of him and he always makes something happen. He’s a big threat … and he had a great night tonight,” G Jamal Murray told Christopher Dempsey of the Denver Post. Throughout the season, Darrell Arthur and Kenneth Faried have also jumped on the Jokic train.

The Nuggets will take on the Spurs tonight in San Antonio as they hope to hang on to the 8th seed out west
