As he reminisced on twitter he let his old coaches know without them he wouldn’t be the player he is today.

Lebron then turns his attention to the coaches out there who wants to make up and coming players mentally and physically tough like him.
Reason I'm saying this is I believe this is a major part of the reason why kids don't succeed as much because the leaders, coaches, etc…..

James feels like the younger players now get treated too much like kings, and he wants the coaches to get tougher with the up and coming stars.

All LeBron wants is for the younger generation to get the same type of coaching he received when he was developing into the player who would become a national phenomenon.
