Mark Cuban Upset With Bleacher Report Over Dirk Tweet

on

Mark Cuban has been known to speak his mind, especially when it comes to his Dallas Mavericks.  This season Cuban has been in the news quite a bit, from revoking ESPN’s writers press credentials from Mavs games, to sharing how he felt about President Donald Trump.

Now Cuban is caught up in another incident, and this time it’s with Bleacher Report.  On Friday night Bleacher Report posted a video of Dirk Nowitzki air-balling a jumpshot, and captioned it “Dirk Forever.”

That didn’t sit well with Cuban and he let it be known how he truly felt. Cuban then emailed the president of Turner Broadcasting System David Adam, and he demanded the tweet to be taken down.

Adam responds to Cuban but does not comply and take the tweet down.

Some people might find the tweet disrespectful to the future hall of famer.  But anyone who is heavily involved in social media, understand that Bleacher Report creates content like this all the time.  They have become popular for their creative social media content, and posting videos of player’s bloopers regardless of who the player is.

Bleacher Report refused to take down the tweet, so Cuban took his actions to none other than Twitter.  Cuban posted the conversation between himself and Adam, and told Bleacher Report to delete their account.

Bleacher Report immediately deleted the tweet about Dirk, and Cuban deleted his tweet as well.
