Weekend Preview: Bucks to Host Back-to-Back Set

on

The Milwaukee Bucks could pull within one game of .500 by the end of the weekend.

The Bucks open a back-to-back home set Friday night against the Indiana Pacers and finish with the Minnesota Timberwolves Saturday night.

Milwaukee will be in search for their fifth straight win later this evening and will also look to take the season series against their divisional foe in the Indiana Pacers. The Bucks have defeated the Pacers twice already this season and both games were not close. The Bucks have averaged 120.5 points against the Pacers this season. A big part of this offensive thrashing comes from none other than Giannis Antetokounmpo, who has dismantled the Pacers this season averaging 23.5 points, 9.5 assists, 7.5 rebounds, two blocks, and 1.5 steals per game.

The Minnesota Timberwolves (26-37) look to complete the season series sweep against the Bucks Saturday night, whom they defeated back on December 30th by a score of 116-99.

Milwaukee (30-33) is currently tied with the Miami Heat (31-34) for 9th in the Eastern conference. Both teams trail the Chicago Bulls (31-33) by a half game and the Detroit Pistons (32-33) by one game.

Following Saturday, the Bucks will not return home to the BMO Harris Bradley Center until March 24th, after their six-game road stand out west.
