Klay Thompson appeared on Fox Sports 1 with expectations on their rivals.  He told FS1 that he still thinks the Cleveland Cavaliers will be in the Finals again. Kevin Love injury still didn’t change Thompson perspective on the Cavaliers. Klay Thompson also said that he wouldn’t be angry if the Cavaliers didn’t make the Finals.

“I don’t think we would be disappointed if Cleveland wasn’t there, but it would be shocking if they didn’t make it,” Thompson told The Herd. “I’d be very shocked if Cleveland didn’t get back. There are some good teams behind them, but during the playoffs, your rotation shrinks and it’s more one-on-one sometimes, and I think Cleveland is built for that.”

Klay Thompson believes that the Cavaliers wouldn’t be the number 1 seed in the East, but still, think they can get to the promise land without Love.

“They don’t have to be the №1 seed to run through the East. So I think they’ll be alright.”

Klay Thompson is seeking revenge from blowing their 3-1 lead to the Cavs.

“There’s a little redemption factor you have in the back of your mind, because what Cleveland did last year to us in the Finals. So you kind of want to pay them back,” Thompson said.

The Cavaliers won their first game without Kevin Love against Minnesota Timberwolves. Channing Frye was the person to fill the role of Love absence. Frye had 21 points and 10 rebounds. He perfected Loves’ role on the team yesterday. The Cavaliers is going to insert him into the lineup tonight against the Indiana Pacers.
