NBA FINES MONROE, YOUNG, RUSSELL

The NBA announced Sunday it has fined Monroe ($35,000), Young ($25,000) and Russell ($15,000) for their roles in the incident late in the third quarter of the Bucks’ 107-103 win against the Lakers at Staples Center. Nick Young caused the incident when he shoved Bucks rookie guard Malcolm Brogdon. Monroe immediately stepped in and shoved Young, and Russell then became involved.
