With the series moving to Atlanta for Game 3, the Hawks decided it was their turn to show their dominance and protect home court as they dominated the Washington Wizards, 116-98, Saturday night at Philips Arena.

Atlanta jumped on the Washington early, quickly building a 25 point lead near the end of the first quarter, the Wizards never got the deficit lower than 12 points as the Atlanta Hawks steamrolled to a Game 3 win.  John Wall led the Wizards with 29 points, while Paul Millsap had 29 for the Hawks.

Dennis Schroder has continued his stellar play. He scored 27 points and handed out 9 assists in the game 3 victory. He looks to continue his success tonight and even the series.

In game 3, Wall got little to no help from backcourt running mate Bradley Beal who went 6-20. The rest of the starting lineup did not fair well, each remaining 3 starters each scored 9 points or less.
