The Milwaukee Bucks are coming off an impressive 93-90 victory against the Portland Trailblazers at the Moda Center. The Bucks look to continue their torrid play tonight against the beleaguered Sacramento Kings.
This is Milwaukee’s last game of the 6 game west coast road trip before they return home to the BMO Harris Bradley Center.
It’s critical for Milwaukee to finish off the road trip with a 4-2 record before hitting the home stretch for a playoff run. However, they are 0-8 in back-to-back games where their opponent has had one or more days rest. The Bucks hope to reverse that trend against the Kings.
This is easily the most winnable game on the road trip for the Bucks, but they should not take the Sacramento Kings lightly. This is the NBA, and anything that can happen, will happen.
Milwaukee now sits 1 game behind the Indiana Pacers for the #6 seed, and only two games behind the #5 seed Atlanta Hawks. The Bucks play the Atlanta Hawks this coming Friday in a game which could have a significant impact on playoff seeding.
Look for Milwaukee to try and assert their dominance tonight against the Sacramento Kings early on.
