Larry Bird to Step Down

Larry Bird will no longer be the President of the Indiana Pacers, Adrian Wojnarowski announced via Twitter. Bird is still planning on remaining in the Pacers organization as a consultant.

Bird took the position of president back in the summer of 2013. The Pacers made the playoffs in three of those four seasons, but have not won a playoff series since Bird’s first season as President.
