Austin stepped up during this series when Chris Paul went down.  Austin put up 21 points, 8 assist, and 6 rebounds in the loss on Friday night.

After Austin went down early in the game with an elbow to the eye, which caused him to get a few stitches, we were uncertain whether he would return or not.  But he came back, with one eye, and played his butt off.  He literally played with one eye closed, and almost willed his team to a victory.

This picture explains it all..

After the game him and Damian Lillard had a great exchange.

The whole Clippers team fought throughout this season, and should be very proud of their organization.  If this team can stay healthy next season, the league better watch out.
